#31# : Nak Beli Rumah?

Dalam 1 - 2 mingu nih sibuk mencari rumah.
lokasi kalau boleh memanglah nak cari yang terdekat dengan tempat kerja.

ari tuh cuti..bknlah semata² nak tengok umah. alang-alang cuti,
petang tuh kami tengok kat bandar permaisuri. Kondo, sebelah kawasan perumahan townhouse.
Rumah contoh, cantik sangat-sangat. Ada 3 bilik. 2 bilik air. tapi,
yang tak best, parking lot cuma ada satu sahaja. kereta kedua, kena parking luar.
Dah lepas tgk rumah contoh, kami tengot tapak rumah tuh. Ada progress. tapi, agak
mengecewakan kawasan nak parking luar tuh betul-betul jalan utama.
Macam umah kat area bandar permaisuri tuh, Semua kereta parking kat keliling..
Menangis nak rebut² parking nanti. Jadi, kesimpulannya, kami batalkan niat
nak beli rumah tersebut.

Kemudian pencarian seterusnya. Pertama di kawasan Putrajaya. Berhampiran dengan border²
Bangi. Tapi tiada rumah contoh pun. Bie dah pergi Jumaat lepas. Cuma beri pelan
dan penerangan sahaja. Jadi masa nie bie cuma tunjuk kawasan tuh saja.
Jalan cuma satu. Traffic light bie kata sangat lambat & menyebabkan kesesakan bila nak masuk.
Jalan alternatif dari Putrajaya. Jauh sangat kalau nak pusing ikut sini.
Kesimpulan, batal saja niat kami nak pertimbangkan rumah ni.

Seterusnya bie bawa pergi Bangi. Sebelum kahwin dia ada pergi tengok satu kondo
yang bakal dibangunkan. Di Seksyen 4 Bangi. Cuba-cuba cari jalan tempat tersebut.
Akhirnya jumpa. Progress dah ada. Dah naik dah rumah. Kami singgah pejabat jualan
dan tengok sekali rumah contoh.Harga masih lagi dalam lingkungan mampu kami.
Siap bincang-bincang, prosedur bagai, booking RM2000. Tapi xder bagi lagi pun sbb tak bawak cash.



Bila balik rumah, kami pun bincang semula pasal rumah tuh..
blaaa...bla...bla...blaa..dah capai keputusan yang kami tak jadi nak beli atas alasan² yang
kami fikir munsabah.


Jadi, misi mencari rumah idaman ditangguhkan..huhuh..

What is ovulation?

During each menstrual cycle a single egg will develop and mature in the ovaries. Ovulation is the time when this mature egg is released into the fallopian tube. This usually happens around 14 days after the first day of your last menstrual period.

Why is ovulation relevant?

If you want to become pregnant, the best time to have intercourse is 1-2 days before ovulation, or on the day ovulation occurs. In this way sperm will be released into the vagina and travel towards the egg at just the right time - this gives you the best chances of fertilization.

This process of ovulation is triggered by the release of a hormone from the brain called luteinising hormone (LH) and the levels of the hormone increase significantly in blood and urine about 1-2 days before ovulation. Test of ovulation is done by measuring the increase in LH.

This hormone, LH, causes the egg to be released into the fallopian tube in readiness for fertilization. During the few days after ovulation the egg will travel down the fallopian tube to the womb. It stays there for two or three days and if it is has not fertilised it is expelled with the womb lining at the start of menstruation, usually 12-16 days later.

How to detect ovulation?

The most traditional method used to detect whether a woman is ovulating is based upon measuring her basal body temperature (BBT) using a clinical thermometer. This is still the typical first line test that a doctor may use to assess whether or not a woman is ovulating each month.

The temperature of a woman's body at rest rises very slightly after ovulation has occurred. This small increase in temperature is caused by rising levels of the hormone progesterone which is released after ovulation has occurred.

In order to detect this rise in temperature a woman must take her temperature as soon as she wakes each morning and before she gets out of bed. In addition the woman must not eat or drink before she takes her temperature otherwise false temperature readings may occur. As soon as a small rise of temperature is spotted, which is usually around 0.2-0.4C, the woman can assume that ovulation has just taken place, or at least has taken place within the last few days.

This method is useful to confirm that a woman is ovulating each month and by recording her temperature on a chart over several months she can begin to predict when the most fertile days of her cycle are going to be.

The biggest concern with this method is that the temperature rise occurs after ovulation has occurred. This means that it has little practical value for women wishing to become pregnant now. However, for those that have regular menstrual cycles, the ovulation periods can be predicted.

The BBT method is simply not very easy to use or convenient. It relies on detecting small differences in BBT and this can be unreliable in practice because it is hard for a woman to comply with the testing regime. In addition the results can be influenced by numerous factors including eating spicy food, drinking alcohol, lack of sleep or having a cold. All these things make this method difficult to use and in practice even experienced doctors can find the charts difficult to interpret.

Viscosity of Vaginal Fluids

This method involves checking the mucus secreted by your vagina every day. For most of the cycle, the mucus will be absent or white, quite thick and sticky. As you get nearer to the time of ovulation, levels of the hormone estrogen rise, stimulating the cells at the cervix to produce more mucus. Just before ovulation the mucus changes character and becomes a clear, watery, elastic texture like raw egg white, feeling wet and slippery, which means that it is receptive to sperm at this time - you may be able to stretch the mucus between your thumb and forefinger without it breaking. Immediately after ovulation, the mucus becomes thick and cloudy again. This method may be difficult to use as changes in mucus can also be caused by infections and certain medicines and can be masked by intercourse.

hajat dihati nak DIY bunga manggar. Nak kelainan sket. Sumber inspirasi dari blog X-B2B,  Xora. Masih dalam progress. Tenggedala sebab dawai dah habis. Dawai, tape putih balance dari masa bertunang dulu. Beli Bunga & gam UHU saje. Bunga dalam sepaket ada 100pcs. Sebatang bunga manggar boleh letak dalam 10 pcs. Skg baru siap 8 batang..Sekurang-kurangnya nak siapkan 100 pcs untuk dua pohon bunga manggar..huhuh..jenuh lah pulak...hambek ko! nak sangat DIY kan....silalah rajin..

kain dah beli siap-siap masa bertunang hari tuh. Sepasang lace berwarna yellow. Asalnya nak kain warna off white. tapi dah sampai kat kedai kain..rambang mata sudah.

#23 : My 1st Vacay with Future In Law

Um...still dalam treatment lagi..dah seminggu kena Bells Palsy. Improvement x berapa banyak. Skg nie keep positive & dont miss senaman muka..

Last 27th November is my very 1st weekend vacay dgn family bie. best gak dapat gie Cameron Highlands. Terutamanya mestilah dengan bie. Bertolak lebih kurang pukul 2 ptg. Kami kerja half day pulak. Mak bie, sis & adik dia bertolak awal sikit. Gedebak-gedebuk, sampai sana pukul 7 something. Nie semua gara-gara jam dekat area pasar malam brinchang. 

Kami stay di Prima Vila Apartment, Tanah Rata. Malam, jalan-jalan kat pasar malam..Esoknye pula, baru jalan-jalan..yeayy..tapi, maklumlah, gie masa cuti sekolah..sesak..terutama kat Ladang Teh Boh. Siap boleh jam. Jalan dah ar kecik..iskkh..saspen dalam masa setengah jam. Nasib baik dapat lari dari kesesakan & kami terus gie Ladang Teh Bharat.

Overall, seronok dapat bercuti. i like!

The Facts on Bell's Palsy

Bell's palsy is a sudden facial paralysis that usually strikes all or part of one side of the face. Men or women of any age can suffer Bell's palsy, but statistics suggest that people in their 40s are more likely to get it. Overall, your risk of experiencing Bell's palsy is 1 in 5,000 each year, or 1.7% over an average lifetime. Some people may have Bell's palsy more than once in their life.

Bell's palsy can be a frightening experience, appearing suddenly with symptoms that cause many people to think they're having a stroke. In reality, stroke symptoms are quite different, and Bell's palsy is a condition that usually clears up without treatment.

Tak sangka sindrom nie terjadi kat aku. Starting last wednesday dah rasa tak sedap makan. Deria rasa pelik semacam. Then hari sabtu, baru perasan masa tengok muka kat cermin. Tiba-tiba senyum semacam. Sebelah kanan pipi jek naik. Panik!! terus sms bie & ajak dia teman gie klinik. Bie risau kena strok, cepat2 bawa gie jumpa doc. Sampai sana je, doc kata dah ada simptom 7th Nerve Palsy.  Half face tak boleh bergerak normal. Fell Down giler. Now, hampir seminggu dalam rawatan. Now, dalam rawatan.. ubat steroid & vitamin B12. Fisioterapi. Moga2 cepat sembuh. Tak boleh stress.

 

#21 : Berkat / Favour / Door Gift

Bakal sis in law, dia akan mengambil tugas untuk menyediakan berkat bagi majlis kami. Sebab, majlis kami buat sekali dan positifnya tak perlu memeningkan kepala untuk mencari, survey, menempah dan sebagainya. Oh, ringan dah bahu nih.Yang penting, berkat mestilah menepati ciri² yang diidamkan..hehehe..ok..to future my sis in law, thanks sudi menghulurkan bantuan dan cari yang cantek² & comey² ya..caiyokk!!!

#20 : DIY Balls

Gather up:

• Big balloon
• Sharpie
• Scissors
• Cotton yarn
• 4 oz. White school glue
• 1/2 cup of Corn starch
• 1/4 cup of Warm water
• Something to stir with
• Petroleum jelly
• Clear fast drying spray paint
• Hanging lamp cord or fishing line (depending on your desired final product)
• Container for mixing

Directions

1.  Blow up a balloon. We kind of suggest not blowing it up to its maximum capacity so that it is rounder.
2. After the balloon is inflated to it's desired size draw a circle with the sharpie around the balloon knot just large enough to accommodate whatever lighting method you choose. Note: If you are just wanting to hang the balls or use them in a vase then you don't need to leave a hole at all!
3. You will need to prepare your work area by laying down a tarp. We hung a shower curtain between two chairs and suspended the balloons by it with string so we could have plenty of working room.
4. Mix corn starch, glue and warm water together until it's not lumpy (too bad getting rid of cellulite isn't this easy). 
5. Smear the petroleum jelly all over your balloon until it is completely coated. Note: We specifically left using rubber gloves out of these instructions. You should get messy. If we were concerned about keeping your hands clean this would have been called the "loveliest, merriest and whirliest DIY" not "messiest, merriest and whirliest DIY".
6. Besides sharing in good company, it will go much faster if you have a friend help you with this. One of you begin feeding the yarn through the glue mix and handing it off to the other person to drape around the ball 

 

Tuck the start and end pieces of yarn beneath other pieces of yarn. Begin wrapping the yarn around the balloon vertically at a comfortable tightness, and gradually switch to wrapping horizontally. 

After your ball has dried for 24 hours, you can pop the balloon! Use a chopstick to knock out any glue crystals that developed between strings.

 

Spray the ball with clear fast drying spray paint outdoors.
